Buying a house could be the largest single investment you will ever make. To minimize unpleasant surprises and unexpected difficulties, you'll want to learn as much as you can about the existing house before you buy it. A home inspection may identify the need for major repairs as well as the need for maintenance to keep it in good shape. After my inspection, you will know more about the house, which will allow you to make decisions with confidence and most importantly... peace of mind.
Do you need residential and commercial inspections done by a certified, insured, and experienced inspector?
A+ Home Inspections reports are done in accordance with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and include colored pictures and deficiency reports available the very next day.
I encourage and welcome the potential home buyer and/or realtor to attend all, or part of the 3 - 4 hour inspection to hear the inspector's findings first hand, have your questions answered, and get maintenance tips.
